Shipping costs calculated based on order weight and destination

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within (2) business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Nigeria.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number from the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

We package our products with utmost care to ensure they arrive in good shape. In the event that a product is damaged in transit: Please contact us immediately at bisperfumery@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +2347033531835 within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos or videos of the damaged items and packaging. Send the product back to our store at 2 Fatai Kadiri Street, Fola Agoro, Lagos. We will work with the carrier to investigate the damage and arrange for a replacement.
