We use high-quality ingredients and prioritise skin-friendly formulations. However, individual sensitivities may vary. We recommend conducting a patch test before full application.

Exchange of unopened package within twenty four (24) hours of receipt
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange an unopened product with no sign of usage or tampering within twenty four (24) hours of receiving the package. We do not give refunds.
How do I return an item?
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at bisperfumery@gmail.com within twenty four (24) hours of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Do you offer samples?
We sometimes offer samples when they are available.
